Kody Rathe

Founder and Co-Principal

Kody Rathe began his career in 2001 at Tetra Pak, Inc. in process engineering and project management and over the course of ten years, rose to the position of Process Engineering Manager and head of Sales for Central and South America.  In 2011, Kody left Tetra Pak to focus his efforts as the Vice President of Kansas Dairy Ingredients (KDI) where he lead all capital projects, technical resources, plant improvements, and plant cost savings initiatives. He was also responsible for R&D, Engineering, and Project Management.

In June of 2018, Kody left KDI and founded RSP Design to pursue his passion for dairy engineering
